We hope you love your order, but if something doesn't work, you can always return or exchange any unworn, unused item in its' original condition and packaging within 10 days of delivery. Simply contact us at hi@ellieandeliza.com for a Return Authorization Number. Once received, return information will be provided. Items purchased over 10 days prior will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customer will be refunded in the form of the original payment.
